If you have a passion for food and wine, then you would have thoroughly enjoyed the recent Spanish wine pairing dinner held at TMCC Garden Lounge. Imagine a cosy and intimate atmosphere, delectable dishes with Asian influences, and a selection of 5 quintessential Spanish wines from the renowned Marques De Caceres vineyard. This unique gastronomic event showcased the finest wines paired perfectly with dishes created by our very own master culinary artisan.

The evening commenced with a delightful white wine, the Ruedo Verdejo 2022, setting the stage for an exceptional night ahead. A standout moment was the engaging exchange between Mr. German Rubiales, the Export Manager of Marques De Caceres (Asia-Pacific), and Mr. Khoo Leng Fong, the Club’s F&B Manager. Their expertise and love for fine wines shone as they expertly led guests on a sensory journey like no other. The dynamic interaction was truly captivating.

Each sip revealed a new experience, each bite a symphony of flavours harmoniously matched with the ideal Spanish wine. From refreshing whites to robust reds, each glass told a tale of Spain’s rich winemaking heritage and vibrant culture.
