- Enhanced Aesthetics: Beyond functionality, the resurfacing project has also focused on the visual appeal of the courts. You will notice a fresh and vibrant look that adds to the overall atmosphere of our tennis facility.
This notable accreditation from ITF reaffirms the Club’s commitment to providing top-notch facilities for tennis enthusiasts. The Club Management expressed delight at achieving this milestone, emphasising the importance of continually elevating the quality of the Club facilities.
The ITF, recognised globally for setting standards in tennis infrastructure, awards the 1-Star Certification to tennis facilities that meet stringent criteria related to court dimensions, surfacing, and overall quality.
The certification process involved a thorough assessment of the courts, ensuring they adhere to the ITF’s specifications for dimensions, including net height and court length. Furthermore, the surface underwent meticulous examination for irregularities, including bumps or depressions, while the court’s slope and evenness were precisely measured. Subsequently, the positioning of court markings and the net was scrutinized to ensure compliance within acceptable parameters. All these measures were taken to ensure optimal playing conditions, ultimately enhancing the tennis experience for players across all skill levels.

Members and their guests can now enjoy an enhanced tennis experience on the courts that meet international standards, providing a consistent and reliable playing surface.
The Club would like to thank all Members for their patience and support during the period of the resurfacing work.
